(1) ALL HAND WASHING STATIONS ARE SUPPLIED WITH RUNNING WATER, SOAP, AND SINGLE-USE DISPOSABLE TOWELS. (2) ALL PREPPED ITEMS HELD IN COLD HOLDING UNITS ARE LABELED. (3) SANITIZER TEST STRIPS ARE AVAILABLE ONSITE. (4)THE FACILITY HAS COMPLETED ITS DEEP CLEAN PROJECT. NO EVIDENCE OF PESTS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED WITHIN THE FACILITY. PEST CONTROL APPLICATION, SUCH AS BAIT TRAPS AND STICKY TRAPS, ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. FAMILY HOUSE HAS A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH A PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT AGENCY. A RECENT INSPECTION REPORT HIGHLIGHTED THAT THE FACILITY IS ADDRESSING THE RELEVANT PEST ISSUE. |
